Frequently Asked Questions

General Tattoo Questions

    • I specialize in whimsical, fine-line tattoos with focus on vibrant colorwork. You can view some of my portfolio [here].

    • Tattoo sessions are dependent on the following factors: size, skin consistency, complexity of the design, and the client’s ability to sit through the session (with breaks).

    • Pain varies person to person. Certain areas may be more sensitive depending on pain tolerance. Expect that there will be pain, but remember it is temporary.

    • For small (<2 inches), fine-line tattoos start at $85.

Custom designed tattoos will vary on cost based on the complexity of the design and the size. I recommend filling out my inquiry form so I can personally discuss your design idea and determine a price quote.

    • You will see your final design on the day of your appointment. Minor changes are allowed to be made, but any major changes will result in rescheduling the entire tattoo session. Please be respectful of my time as I put hours in creating these custom designs. Before booking your appointment, be sure you know what you want and be as specific as you can in your tattoo description when filling out your inquiry.

    • Tattoos typically take between 2 weeks to a couple of months to fully heal depending on the tattoo.

    • Your tattoo will have a second skin that I apply after the session. Depending on the size of the tattoo, I would recommend keeping the second skin on for 3-5 days. During the first week of having your tattoo:
~ avoid direct sunlight on your tattoo. Wear protective clothing that will hide your tattoo from the sun.
~ avoid baths, pools, or going to the beach to prevent submerging the tattoo underwater for an extended period of time.
~ no excessive sweating or working out as the sweat may potentially build up under your second skin and infect your tattoo.
~ After second skin removal, apply the Hustle Butter as needed. Do not over-saturate your tattoo as it still needs to breathe as it heals.

    • If you ever have any questions or concerns regarding your tattoo or aftercare instructions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me about the healing progress. I am more than happy to provide reassurance and any assistance if a touch-up is needed.

    • Depending on the foreign tattoo touch-up, it is possible. I will accept foreign touch-ups for most fineline work, but it will depend on other colorwork pieces. You can always send me an email with a photo of the tattoo if you are unsure and we can discuss further!

    • I can do cover-ups but to a certain degree. I will not accept every single cover-up inquiry. Scar/stretch mark cover-ups are okay, but I do make all my clients know that the process for scar cover-ups may be a longer session depending on the scar’s condition. For an existing tattoo, it will depend on various factors such as: the age of the tattoo, how blurred out the previous work is, what kind of design the client would like to cover it up with.

    • Yes, you may book for multiple flash designs. The appointment booking process for flashes will be similar to the normal tattoo booking process. Please mention in the tattoo description section which flash design(s) you would like to do.

Deposit is subject to increase based on final price quote for tattoo.

    • Yes, for all of my initial tattoo sessions, I offer a (1) free touch-up if claimed within the first year since the appointment date. (EX. initial appointment is 06/13/25 —> claim free touch-up on or before 06/13/2026)
